September 2023

September was a month of connection with others. I spent time connecting with others through phone calls, meetings, events, fundraisers, and the Ben Nelson Gala. It was a pleasure to build relationships with leaders and constituents across Nebraska.

I was able to attend a meeting of the Nebraska Farmers Union. Another event was the PFLAG Potluck and Presentation where information was presented on biology and hormones. The Ben Nelson Gala was an evening filled with inspiration! Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, Tennessee Representative Justin J. Pearson, and former Nebraska Senator Ben Nelson enthusiastically spoke to the audience about progress being made across the country and future plans for 2024 elections. Finally, I was fortunate to be able to speak about the importance of overcoming political division at the Building Bridges Fundraiser.

I am grateful to all of you who invited me to speak at your events, hosted a fundraiser, donated to my campaign, made phone calls, and so much more! I am so appreciative of my village of volunteers, friends, and family who work hard everyday to make this campaign a success!
